Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes/ sandals/ flip flops, swimming suits, towels, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters (glass water bottle/thermos water bottle), snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
8.00 – 8.45AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 7.50AM or Hanoi Aira boutique hotel & spa, 38A Tran Phu street at 8.10AM or CIS coffee shop, 162 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.40AM to get on the bus.

Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer.
Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.

If customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see their hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
Customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose "hotel is not listed" just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo...-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.
Customers stay on the International cruise ship: If your cruise ship habour name is Halong international cruise port, we can arrange the cruise trip that is the same habour & customers just need to walk from your ship to our pick up point around 12.00PM (just 5 minutes). If your cruise ship habour is Cai Lan port, customers need to take a taxi to our Tuan Chau Marina habour at 12.00PM (20 minutes tranfer) or please contact us to arrange pick up services with additional fees.

Amazing experience in Ha Long Bay

4.00We’re a family of 4 and just did the 1-day trip on the Hercules Grand. If you’re visiting Vietnam, you really have to do Ha Long Bay at least once—it’s stunning. The whole day was super smooth. The hotel pickup and drop-off were on time and very convenient, so we didn't have to stress about the logistics at all. Our guide, Jackie, was awesome. He was really friendly and made us feel welcome right from the start. One of the best things was the food. My parents only eat Indian food, and I was a bit worried about how they’d handle the menu on a boat. But the cruise had a special Indian veg option, they went out of their way to make special Indian dishes for them. It was a huge relief and they really appreciated the effort! The boat itself (Hercules Grand) feels very fancy and the staff are all lovely. The views are just as good as the pictures you see online—if not better. Definitely recommend this if you want a well-managed trip that feels personal. Thanks to Jackie and the crew for taking such good care of us!

5.00Jackie was our tour guide who was very supportive. The cruise was fantastic and even authentic indian lunch was served. Speed boat was fun. Song sun cave is remarkable and must go. Ti top islands were underwhelming and is skippable. Very crowded and unclean beach. Otherwise everything else was good.

5.00From the moment we were picked up in a luxury bus (with seats like business class plane) to getting on the boat, we were treated so well by our wonderful guide, Jake. The whole day was so well planned, with 3 fabulous stops on the cruise to explore beaches and caves. It was a busy day, with many crowds from multiple other cruise ships, but it did not impact on our day as we all really enjoyed ourselves. The food is quite nice, with a surprise sunset party on the roof while sailing home. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to have a special day out in Ha Long bay.
