5.00We just had one of the best experience of my lifetime with Vietnam Wonder Travel. Bus was nice and driver driving well, my tour guide Hung made my Ha long trip easier and outstanding! It was amazing scenery on the bay. Highly recommended.

5.00Our trip to HaLong Bay was organized by the best tourist agent in Vietnam - Ms. Kathy from The Sinh Tourist from HaNoi. Kathy also helped us organize trips around the whole north of Vietnam in the off-season, when it was not so easy. She organized for us the trip to Ninh Bing too. I have never met such a competent, committed and helpful person who could be trusted in 100%. The HaLong bay cruise was great and very comfortable. The cabins may be small but clean and the beds extremely comfortable. The food was plentiful,very varied and fresh.The crew very polite and helpful. Everything organized perfectly. A beautiful bay, absolutely worth seeing.

5.00My partner and I were visiting a very hot Ha Noi and last minute decided to visit Ha Long bay. We approached Kathy on location, and told her what we wanted and she had a personalised offer put together very quickly, which we booked immediately. The whole process was smooth, everyone communicated well, with driver and tour guide coordinating, so at no point were we left wondering what was going on (which I love). The tour itself was really lovely, the bay is stunning and beautiful beyond belief. You do feel a little pressed timewise to keep going, but such is the nature of tours and you arrive home feeling like you got to see a lot. We especially loved the kayaking. Thanks to Kathy, Luca and Bach for making it a really awesome and memorable trip.

5.00There are many travel agencies in Hanoi. We got lucky when we picked this one! Kathy was exceptionally patient as she explained our options (we were looking to book a cruise) and there was no pushy attitude, just sensible advice. We very much enjoyed the three day/two night trip to Ha Long Bay and Cat Ba Island that she had suggested - it was not a recommendation, merely her unbiased advice once she understood what we were looking for - and we appreciated not being steered towards a particular tour company. She kept in touch during and after the trip, and when our return from Cat Ba Island was delayed due to a long delay at the ferry, she liased with the tour guide to make sure we got back to Hanoi in time for our train. Definitely a company that cares for its clients. Highly recommended. Thanks Kathy
