Take a song-by-song stroll through Hamilton’s rise and eventual fall as New York’s foremost Founding Father. This tour is designed for folks who have already seen or plan to see the 11 Tony Award winning Broadway production or those just addicted to the cast album. The tour puts the songs, history and lower Manhattan locations into perspective. The tour matches up individual songs with their actual location, including some bonus stops that help illuminate the time and place that Alexander Hamilton lived and died in. Each guest receives a Personal Listening Device to insure you hear every word and note, no matter how noisy the city gets.

This tour "may" not be for children under the age of 9. There is a fair amount of historical information and stories, sometimes the younger children can become bored. However, you know your child best and this is more of a guideline than a rule.
I try to keep the harsher language out of the tour, but it is impossible to eliminate certain profanities and parents should be prepared for their children to hear this.

Very informative and excellent tour guide; don't be intimidated by distance, we had lots of spots to sit throughout.

Our Hamilton NYC tour was fantastic, our guide Leo was extremely knowledgeable about Broadway, Musicals, American History and even threw in some great facts about the city along the way. He packed in so much information into the tour. He also was great about finding a good shady spot to sit and take a break while he talked. This tour is great for fans of the play as well as anyone that’s just interested in the history.

My wife and I had a wonderful time! Leo exceeded ALL expectations! He gave us really in-dept historical context not just about Hamilton but also the relevant events of the Revolution. He also walked us to cool non-Hamilton locations to look at. He knew SO MUCH about everything we could ask him about! Not just about Hamilton but about NY and the Revolution too! What I really liked though is that I could tell that HE was genuinely interested and enjoying himself, which kept us engaged! .... Also, I can't believe I didn't learn more about Hercules Mulligan in school! He DOES need an introduction!

Leo was an excellent tour guide, story teller, and musical theater expert - it made for a great date day out in the city! So fun to learn about the history of the country, especially the lesser known relevance of NYC, and some tidbits about the making of Hamilton the musical

We had a great and very informational Hamilton themed walking tour. We learned a lot about the show, the Financial District, and the start of the United Staes. Our guide Leo was so knowledgeable and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Our guide, Leo, was knowledgeable and entertaining. He held my teens' attention, I am pleased with how much information they retained-very educational. Well worth it.

We did Leo’s Hamilton musical walking tour and honestly… the bloke doesn’t throw away his shot. We’re visiting from Australia and didn’t know exactly what to expect, but Leo absolutely nailed it. The mix of history, storytelling, and behind-the-scenes anecdotes about the characters was spot on. Not just facts, but the kind of stories you actually remember (and retell later over a drink). Even in the rain, he kept the energy up and somehow kept us moving in a way that we barely noticed we were getting wet. That’s a skill in itself. By the end of it, we were more invested in Hamilton than half the cast. Barbara and I both loved it. If you’ve got even a passing interest in the musical or the history, just book it. Easy recommendation.

Loved the tour, lots of history, music and tidbits we enjoyed. It was especially fun to get some of the Hamilton play edits to history… we had thought it was all true. Most is but not all.

Lots of interesting information given about Hamilton and NYC during that time period. A lot of walking but plenty of breaks to sit and use restrooms if needed. Our guide Leo was great!
