Limited to just ten guests, it promises an intimate and tranquil escape for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation.

What To Expect

Come and relax suspended in a silk style hammock! We play an assortment of instruments from gongs to Himalayan bowls all around your body to lead you into a deep sense of relaxation. If you enjoy sound journeys and gong relaxations this literally is next level. We conduct our event in an open air Balinese shala, all you have to do is relax back and enjoy the sounds of the instruments and the sounds of nature. The experience is limited to 10 people to ensure an intimate experience, book early! Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time. Doors will close promptly at the scheduled start, and late entry will not be permitted to maintain the integrity of the experience. “Just a heads-up: our hammocks have a weight limit of 100kg. If you’re over that, no worries — we’ll set you up with a cozy spot on the floor so you can still enjoy the experience!”

We all really enjoyed this experience and will recommend to friends and family when they visit the island. If we were here another day, we would do it again ourselves. It was the perfect activity to embrace relaxation and self-care while on holiday.

Lovely environment away from the main road, however it was a disappointing sound healing experience. The relaxation guidance was provided in a robotic manner as though they were bored with the whole sound healing process. Although there may be a number of ways to use gongs and sound bowls I found the constant banging and donging of gongs and bowls far from relaxing vs the gentle swirling of sound I’ve experienced in other sound healings. It was also extremely hot and fans were turned off for the session which made being in the hammock hot and uncomfortable.

After making contact with Nicolas he provided information and links to enable me to make a booking. The location of the shala wa east to find from the instructions provided. Nicolas was warm and welcoming, provided a great introduction to the experience. It was my first time participating in a sound healing and I found the hammock a very relaxing way to enjoy and embrace the session. Highly recommend giving this experience a go.
