At our cooking class, we take immense pride in introducing you to the art of preparing traditional Thai dishes. Our mission is to provide you with the knowledge and confidence to recreate these tantalizing flavors in your own kitchen. As part of our immersive experience, we offer a captivating market tour that will transport you to the heart of Thai culinary culture, allowing you to indulge your taste buds with a wide variety of fruits that Thailand is renowned for. We are dedicated to preserving treasured Thai recipes and simplifying them, so that anyone can successfully recreate these culinary delights in the comfort of their own homes. To support your culinary journey, we have thoughtfully created video tutorials that serve as helpful reminders for those who have completed our courses.

What To Expect

Start to pick up from your hotel. It depends on your location and our service location. After arrive we will conduct you how to prepare the dishes. Explain you about ingredients what do you need or don't. Then you will cook by yourself. You will have your own station. After that enjoy your own food. Take headband back home. Drop you off at the hotel.

Sticky Rice mixed with coconut milk and eat with ripe mango.

Thai famous coconut milk curry. You can make it light or spicy. Smooth green color food. You will make curry paste by yourself.

    This was the highlight of our trip! Jim and Sally were welcoming and fun, plus the cooking expertise was obvious. They had everything prepared in advance which made the whole cooking experience easy and foolproof. Jim was funny and very knowledgeable about his craft, but also about world and current events. Sally was quietly helpful/especially with one of our group who needed extra help. Her sense of humour was quiet and dry but very enjoyable. We were walked through the prep and cooking class so that everyone was able to complete the dishes safely. You get a healthy portion of healthy food at the end of the session. We took home doggy bags!! Do this activity even if you don’t do anything else in Phuket.

    Jim made the whole class a very fun entertaining adventure. The day of our Thai Cooking Class there were only 4 of us, but I’m sure even if there were 20 in the class Jim/Thai Chef Instructor would have the energy to make it special for everyone! We made Mango Sticky Rice( in 4 Colors ) Tom Yum Soup, Green Curry( made are own paste) and Pad Thai( forward-back-flip🤪) would highly recommend this experience. All our food turned out amazing and we all enjoyed a nice lunch together. The Market experience with Jim was educational and fun as well

    What a great experience. From the education (and humour) at the market until getting to eat the delicious food. Jim maintained the energy and humour and guided us through a fun and unforgettable experience. Even better catered for my coeliac disease and our dislike of certain foods! Highly recommend!

    We had such a fantastic time at this Thai cooking experience with Jim as our teacher! Jim was absolutely hilarious — his sense of humour kept us laughing from start to finish, and he made the class so much fun for everyone. What really stood out was how family-friendly the experience was. Jim had extra helpers to support our 4-year-old son so he could join in the cooking, which made it such a special experience for our kids. They absolutely loved making (and eating!) the colourful sticky mango rice — especially since the colours were made from natural ingredients, not artificial dyes. The dishes we cooked were delicious, and sitting down together to enjoy our creations felt like a true feast. It was one of those rare travel experiences that combined fun, laughter, culture, and great food — all in one! Highly recommend this class for families or anyone wanting a genuine, hands-on taste of Thai cooking.

    The whole experience from start to finish was excellent ! It was like to meet sally and Jim. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the cooking class we were greet with such a happy warm welcome. The cooking and leaning about all the different ingredients was great and encouraged to take pictures. 4 great recipes and a fun experience whilst cooking them.
