Based on a coffee shop with long history, we will guide you through steps to get to know about Vietnamese and Hanoi coffees. You will have a chance to see, touch and smell popular coffee beans here in their all forms, learning about the history of coffee in Vietnam and all fun facts about it. Then you will get to make yourself 5 coffee drinks and enjoy them one by one together with some snacks.

What To Expect
You will be welcomed with some Vietnamese tea and snack. Then start to learn about Vietnamese coffee, depends on the option you chose, you can learn to roast a batch of coffee by yourself, then get instructed to grind, brew and make different types of coffee drinks such as condensed milk filter coffee, pour over, white coffee, egg coffee, coconut coffee, matcha coffee, salted coffee... During the session, you will get to discover not only Vietnamese coffee drinks but also Vietnamese culture in general. You will also get small snacks to eat with along the class time.

5.00We had a lovely time with Vy making our coffees. Vy explained the different types of coffee beans, the process of making the coffee and why some are more expensive. We enjoyed our salt coffee the most but the warm egg coffee was very good as well. Excellent host.
Coffee was great... the overall experience was better!!!

5.00I love coffee, but cannot believe how much I loved this class! Bella was an absolute professional and knows a ridiculous amount about coffee. Our first 20 minutes was just educating me on types of coffee beans, where they're grown, and variations of roasting. She then taught me how to make 5 different types of coffee drinks all of which were DELICIOUS! Besides the coffee education, I loved how funny she was and how comfortable the environment is. I was having a great time with a friend... not just learning from a teacher. I can't wait to do this class again!

Vy was incredibly knowledgeable about various coffee types and backgrounds, and she was very accommodating to our different preferences. The coffee we crafted together was beyond delicious, and we all felt a great sense of pride in what we learned in such a short time. Highly recommend !

5.00Amazing Coffee Class learning how to make Egg and Coconut Coffee. Ruby was an amazing teacher and explained in detail first the different types of coffee beans before teaching how to make the two types of coffee. I’m normally rubbish at these sort of things but with Ruby’s help I was able to make really coffee and even did some latte art! Would 100% recommend and thanks Ruby! 😊

5.00We had the best experience making coffee. We learnt so much about the beans, how they are grown in Vietnam and also how to make the different types of coffee. We loved tasting these and also loved the banh mi to go with it. Our teacher V was lovely. Would recommend this experience.
