Mel Our guide Sunshine Travel was superb. He as very knowledgeable about the area leading up to the Volcano main tour. Being a native of the Island, he was very informative about the island's geographical development which went well with the National Parks Volcanic experience.

Our guide, Mel, was fantastic. He's very knowledgeable and knows everything about the history of the area. He kept us on time without rushing us and provided a fabulous experience. The tour company is disorganized. They did not provide correct details about the schedule which caused us to miss a dinner event we had booked. We were also picked up half an hour late with no communication. We called after 15 minutes and were told the driver would be there "shortly." I asked what that meant and they put me on hold to find out exactly where the driver was.

The experience was good, but our tour guide, Brandon, made it amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable, fun, and gave us a memorable time. He was definitely a people person, down to earth, and I would recommend him for any tour. He's the kind of personality that will elevate your time!! Thank you for giving my family something to remember ❤️
