The ticket was not the original but that was not a problem, they took a photo of my ticket and let me in. The spirits of the sky was a little bit disappointing, you couldn't enjoy the show with the amount of wasps that were there. Anyways, I recomend this place if you want to see animals more lively with more space for them, not like other zoos where the place is very small.

Family day enjoyed very much, pity it rained. Well worth the money, thanks to all the great staff. Not many people there due to weather so all exhibits easily viewed and appreciated.

My most memorable part of my family's visit was actually seeing the Platypus. Oh my god, it was incredible. The cutie was rolling around under the water. It was gorgeous to see. Such a treat to see a Platypus at any time. This was very special. I actually adopted a Platypus from Melbourne zoo which is an ongoing donation. Healesville sanctuary is gorgeous.

What a great way to spend a day! Not far from the city Healesville is a beautiful place where you can view animals in their own natural habitats. The most memorable part of the day were the two experiences we booked. Up close & personal with a koala & feeding a kangaroo, definitely a ticket list item
