3.00We had to wait for about an hour for the driver after we came out of customs. The driver informed that he did come earlier once in the morning @ 9 am but our actual arrival time was 1620. Other than the above, the driver was steady and the ride to Southampton was smooth.

5.00Driver was great! We were a little confused regarding pick up spot at Heathrow but we found it pretty easily!
It’s awful to have to wait over an hour after you paid $400.00 for a ride to Southampton and there is no driver

1.00Terrible service. They forgot about our $400.00 ride from LHR to Southampton. Nobody was there to pick us up. I texted Viator and they had to find another driver to get us. We had to wait for an hour to get another driver. Very bad service
