  We had an incredible driving tour of London with Ryan, and it was truly the highlight of our trip! He guided us through all the major landmarks—including the iconic Abbey Road—and surprised us with unique stops like the historic Lock & Co. Hatters shop, which made the experience even more special. One of the things we appreciated most was Ryan’s thoughtful approach to the tour. He navigated the city with ease, getting us up close to each site—something that was especially important for our 89-year-old father. Ryan also chose the perfect spot for a delicious, authentic lunch, away from the usual tourist crowds. As a London native, Ryan brought a personal and passionate perspective to the tour that made the city come alive. His deep knowledge and love for his hometown were infectious, and we felt like we were exploring London with a friend. We’ve already recommended him to friends who are visiting soon, and we can’t say enough good things about the experience. If you’re heading to London, this tour is an absolute must—especially with our new friend Ryan at the wheel!

  Booked via Viator but found out we could have saved about $200 booking direct with Black Cab Heritage Tours website. That didn’t spoil our experience, however. Tour was scheduled to start at 7 AM, but I messaged the company and they easily accommodated an earlier start for us. We were met at Arrivals before 6 AM by our driver and guide, Ryan who did a great job with our limited time. Our early start meant we got to see Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Parliament and Westminster Abbey from the outside and get photos with no one else around. It was actually great to get an early start and avoid the crowds. Ryan’s cab was immaculately, clean and comfortable. He knew all the little spots to park close to where we wanted to walk around, which made for a very easy-going and pleasant morning. He had a great knowledge of the city and some history, and we really enjoyed our time with him. He was flexible and responsive to our needs and requests, but also had lots of great ideas for what to do in our time since we didn’t have specific items to see. Since we were so early, there was no traffic into the city from Heathrow, but we are told that that can typically take an hour of your time and it did take about an hour on our way back, so plan accordingly. Ryan had us back at Heathrow on time for our flight and we really enjoyed our day in London. Our total time from pickup to drop off was a bit under 7 hours.   Mick Greenwood gave us a spectacular tour. He was so knowledgeable and really made us feel like family! Best tour experience ever! Absolutely fantastic day. If we are ever back in London we’ll request another tour with Mick. Thank you Mick!!!!

  Ryan was fantastic. Picked us up at Hilton at the airport and we were able to drive and walk to see a great deal of London in just 6 hours. Ryan provided us lots of interesting stories and history with humor. Will use again.

  First time taking a layover tour and Ryan our tour guide and driver was excellent! He took around London to see and explain all the key sights and added the Churchill Museum and a traditional fish and chip pub stop as well! Highly recommend!

  Our tour with Tony P was absolutely fantastic! We only had 1.5 days in London and it was the perfect way to absorb so much of this great city. Tony in particular made it so special. His background, knowledge, humor, and suggestions really made this tour great. He also took amazing photos of us at all the hotspots—and sent them the next day. We highly recommend booking and taking in all that London has to offer! Thanks, Tony!!

  We booked a Black Cab Tour for our first day in UK from Heathrow to London. We had a very short 7 hours in London before moving on to Bath and we wanted to see as much as possible. Tom reached out to us the day before for flight info, contacted us upon our landing and was waiting for us at the terminal. He took us around to all the major sites of London and filled us with knowledge along the way. He wa sable to time our day so that we saw changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace and even guided us through the crowds for the best views. Highlights included Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, St Peters, Kensington etc. Tom also took us to some lesser known spots including the Roman Wall, oldest winery and found the best parking spots from which we could explore! Last but certainly not least, Tom took the time to get us back to Heathrow and our car rental safely and on time, all the while answering all of our questions with wit and knowledge. We'd highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see London highlights without the hassle of doing it on your own!

  Had 24 hour layovers in London and decided this would be the best way to spend one day. We hired Paul to show us London and we got our money’s worth. He was a wealth of knowledge. I felt like we saw almost everything we could see in 7 hours and left happy with our choice
