5.00I booked a tour with Hidden Gems Hoi An for my family and it ended up being one of the absolute highlights of our trip. It was such a beautiful, authentic experience and exactly what I was hoping for. A special mention has to go to our guide, Thuỳ. She was incredible, so knowledgeable, warm, and genuine. It honestly felt like we were walking around with a friend rather than being on a tour. She shared so many insights and little details we would never have discovered on our own, and made every stop along the way feel meaningful. My three girls absolutely loved it too. The pace was perfect, the stops were interesting and varied, and there was always something engaging for them. We tried so many things we wouldn’t have otherwise, and came away feeling like we’d truly experienced a deeper side of Hoi An. It was the perfect way to finish our time here. Thank you so much Thuỳ for something we’ll all remember ❤️

5.00First off the coffee was fantastic at the meeting place. We met with our guide, Thuy, who is very sweet. The weather cooperated being a 3pm start, with no direct sunlight the whole time. A tour of a couple of local food producers was very interesting - it's a different life for these friendly peoples. On to some local markets and food - be hungry before you go! There's not too much walking but a lot of interesting things to see. Thuy relayed much information - Highly recommended! Thank you Thuy!

5.00This was the highlight of our time in Hoi An. We had an amazing experience with Thuy, who is an incredibly sweet and funny person. The tour brings you to places you’d otherwise never see, where you learn about the local life, but also about the story behind the people. We had many questions during this interesting tour and Thuy could luckily answer them all. If you do nothing else, you should at least do this tour.

5.00For my girlfriend and I, the "Hidden Gems Tour" with Thuy was a clear favorite during our stay in Hoi An, if not all of Vietnam. You get so much closer to local life than you could do on your own, we have learned so much about traditional food production, the lives of Hoi An residents and various (hidden) food spots. Clear recommendation for those who want to have a unique experience.
