The Cordillera Central is the spinal cord of Puerto Rico, located approximately 3,000 feet above sea level. Experience the culture of the mountainside of the Island, savor the rich gastronomy, and take a dip at the deliciously refreshing waterfalls like Toro Negro forest, Toro Negro River, Las Delicias, and more!

What To Expect
Catarata Chorro de Dona Juana
Our driver will make a stop in this beautiful waterfall located in the border of Villalba and Orocovis crossing the Toro Verde forest. This spot will make an amazing photo op.
*Open on weekends Customers will be able to learn and taste gourmet Puerto Rican coffee from a single-origin farm.

5.00Phenomenal tour of the island! I really appreciated how we went to less touristy areas and hung out at coffee shops where Laura knew people. The falls were spectacular, and I loved talking with Laura about the history of tourism in Puerto Rico. An outstanding experience that made me appreciate Puerto Rico so much deeper than any basic post card could convey. Definitely recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to feel like a tourist exploiting the island!

5.00Amazing experience! Beautiful waterfalls and mountain views too as we drove around, would have gone just for the car ride honestly. The spots were way less crowded than El Yunque and just as beautiful. Laura was a fantastic, knowledgeable guide and took us to some great local coffeeshops. 10/10 would recommend!

5.00I had an awesome time with Miguel. This tour is so awesome. I would highly recommend this tour and all tours with sofrito tours. The water falls you go to are awesome and the ride to get there is an awesome ride with lots of spectacular views.

5.00Laura & Carlos made the trip so interesting. Lots of local info and culture shared. You can tell how much she loves being a tour guide. Very enthusiastic! The stops were all breath taking. Laura treated us to some local deep fried foods and later we stopped at an authentic Puerto Rican restaurant for dinner (at our expense as expected). We were able to swim in the beautiful waterfalls. Water was cold at first but really enjoyed that. It's a full day of a lot of sights to see. Would recommend. Thanks Laura and Carlos for a fun day!
