This is a unique hiking experience where we will explore the hidden waterfalls of Santiago! This adventure will immerse you into the natural wonders of Baja on a hike down a canyon to a magical waterfall where you can swim, jump, relax, and explore the beautiful wild surroundings! A natural gem hidden from the huge resorts and busy attractions of Los Cabos!
On the way back we stop to enjoy some delicious craft ice cream to refresh our taste buds!
I also offer the option to stop for lunch at a delicious and authentic Mexican family restaurant which I really recommend!
Important Notes:
*The total time of the trip is 7 hours approximately, including transportation time (1 - 1.5 hours each way depending on your hotels location). It is a bit of a far drive but you get to see the countryside of Los Cabos on a very beautiful ride along the way!
*Please bring some comfy shoes for the hike and your swimsuits.

5.00This hike was truly exceptional, the highlight of our trip! Our guide Carlos was kind and accommodating, and it was so clear he really knew his stuff. I was a little hesitant to take my 71yo mom on this hike, but Carlos really tailored the trip to her capabilities and got us even farther than we expected to go. You'll be in good hands if you book this trip and I can guarantee you'll enjoy it!

5.00Our guide Carlos went above and beyond during our excursion. Showing us much more than the hike/waterfall. The hike was pretty hard and the heat was scorching but jumping in at different places made it bare able. He is quite the climber and an excellent photographer.

5.00Carlos was the most amazing guy ever. Not only was he knowledgeable about the area, but he made sure we were well taking care of providing water and snacks. If you were going to do this hike, make sure you are in good physical health. It is well worth it! We will definitely be booking with Carlos again!

5.00Max is an amazing owner and guide. Safe, fun and friendly. This is our 3 trip with him. Would recommend him highly to everyone. Picked us up at Diamante on time, fun day at hidden waterfall location. Took us to local family restaurant with outstanding food, Los Agaves. Treaded us to ice cream on the way back. Can’t wait to book something with him next year!!

5.00We had a fantastic day with Carlos and Good Trips Baja. Pre-trip communication was great. Carlos picked us up in a well-appointed van for the drive to the mountains. The hike was the highlight of our stay in Cabo. It was wonderful to get away from the bustle of town. Honestly we had our doubts that there would be beautiful crystal clear streams in the middle of the desert, but it was like an oasis. Carlos did a great job of gauging everyone’s abilities and interests, which isn’t easy with a multi-generational group of nine. He allowed the younger boys to do cliff jumping and we felt safe throughout under his watchful eye. Even the non-outdoorsy family members that generally dislike hiking loved the trip. Lunch was fantastic and the ice cream was great. We can’t say enough about Carlos. Fun. Engaging. Courteous. We’ll definitely do more trips with him when we come back.

5.00This was an absolutely amazing experience. Carlos picked us up and immediately asked us what kind of hike we were looking for, so he could cater the day specifically to our needs. We are active people and were looking for a rigorous hike, and were provided exactly what we asked for. The scenery was gorgeous and there were plenty of places to stop to take pictures and take it all in. Carlos made sure we were satisfied with the hike and that we got everything we were looking for. We certainly did! On the way back, we stopped for delicious water ice and Mexican food at a local Taqueria. I highly recommend this excursion to anyone who is looking to explore the outdoors.
