This is a unique hiking experience where we will explore the hidden waterfalls of Santiago! This adventure will immerse you into the natural wonders of Baja on a hike down a canyon to a magical waterfall where you can swim, jump, relax, and explore the beautiful wild surroundings! A natural gem hidden from the huge resorts and busy attractions of Los Cabos!
On the way back we stop to enjoy some delicious craft ice cream to refresh our taste buds!
I also offer the option to stop for lunch at a delicious and authentic Mexican family restaurant which I really recommend!
Important Notes:
*The total time of the trip is 7 hours approximately, including transportation time (1 - 1.5 hours each way depending on your hotels location). It is a bit of a far drive but you get to see the countryside of Los Cabos on a very beautiful ride along the way!
*Please bring some comfy shoes for the hike and your swimsuits.

5.00Max was awesome. Very knowledgeable about everything we saw. He took great care of us taking us to the waterfall and lunch after. I would definitely recommend this trip. The hike was not too difficult but he could change it to more advanced and longer. Take time to go. It is awesome. I think we are going to have Max for surf lessons next time.

5.00This was an amazing, memorable trip for my family of 6. Carlos was beyond knowledgeable and accommodating to my family. He not only made sure we were safe, but catered to any requests my boys had including teaching them how to asses the safety of adventures they seek. We hiked 4 miles, off trail to multiple pools and majestic views. Additionaly, he took us thru small towns to get an understanding of local culture and gave us ideas for other things to do. My 12 year old declared this the best day of his life. Can not recommend this more.

5.00Max was amazing and took us to an area I’d Cabo tha we would have never seen before with nice natural pools for swimming and waterfalls. It was an amazing day topped off by a great lunch with the best lobster tacos. I would highly recommend this tour.

5.00We were on this hike in mid-January and had a great time! Carlos was a fantastic guide and showed us a lot of the backcountry as well as the waterfall, and surrounding area. We swam in the plunge basin at the waterfall and almost had the place to ourselves. Carlos was very knowledgeable about the local flora and showed us many native plants. My wife had two knee-replacements and was nervous about the hike down to the waterfall, but the path is well marked and Carlos made sure she was steady at all times on the trail. The trail is mostly rocky steps and dirt path and can be steep. The hike was well worth the view that you get at the end and the experience of the waterfall and basin. We drove through the desert roads on the way to lunch and saw a small town. Lunch was at a restaurant in Miraflores and was delicious. I highly recommend the lobster tacos! All in all, this was a great way to see parts of Baja California Sur that we otherwise would not have seen. You might find other tour options that cost less but the guide may not be as attentive and knowledgeable about the area. We found this excursion was well worth what we paid and the day was one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks to Carlos and Max for the great adventure!

5.00This tour was an absolutely mind blowing experience that showed us a unique side of Mexico we'd never experience otherwise. Carlos was an incredible tour guide, went the extra mile to make sure we felt safe and secure, and the waterfalls were stunning. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to really see the beauty of Cabo and get away from the tourist attractions.

5.00Carlos ( and I am sure his business partner Max) was an amazing guide. Understood the skill level of the travelers and took us on a beautiful hike on hidden trails to view and swim in natural pools and view spectacular waterfalls. We also learned about the many types of granite in the nature preserve and about the healing powers of plants. Overall an amazing experience that we would not have done on our own considering the rugged terrain and the sandy roads that lead us there.

5.00This hike was truly exceptional, the highlight of our trip! Our guide Carlos was kind and accommodating, and it was so clear he really knew his stuff. I was a little hesitant to take my 71yo mom on this hike, but Carlos really tailored the trip to her capabilities and got us even farther than we expected to go. You'll be in good hands if you book this trip and I can guarantee you'll enjoy it!

5.00Our guide Carlos went above and beyond during our excursion. Showing us much more than the hike/waterfall. The hike was pretty hard and the heat was scorching but jumping in at different places made it bare able. He is quite the climber and an excellent photographer.
