5.00John Torres was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. He showed us different neighborhoods and explained all of the history. I love coffee so we stopped at a beautiful cafe for coffee and conversation. We stopped at an authentic cigar store for my boyfriend. I had no idea Colombia was known for emeralds..so we ended our tour at a store with a beautiful selection of emeralds. I highly recommend this tour! So educational and a fun way to experience the city!

5.00The private tour with John Torres was fabulous. John was very knowledgeable of the history of Cartagena. Especially nice was the fact that we had a driver and then John as the guide. It made it easy to get from one location to another. Loved the street art... the different neighborhoods and the historical sites. Even got in some shopping along the way. John was also great in recommending a restaurant for afternoon snack and drinks and for dinner later that evening. We learned a lot about the people and history of Cartagena. We highly recommend this tour.

We asked him for recommendations for food and shopping and were very happy with his choices. Both me and my friend would highly recommend hiring Jon for exploring the city.

5.00My driver and guide Alvaro was exceptional! He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and safely took me to all the places on the tour and asked me exactly what it was I wanted to see and do so I was able to get all the best pictures! It was a PERFECT tour of beautiful Cartagena!

5.00John was a fantastic tour guide! He arrived on time, spoke excellent English, showed me many interesting and colorful sites in Cartagena, and was a wealth of information about the history. I got to see different parts of the city outside of the old town. The fee included a stop for some delicious juice, entrance to the monastery and comfortable transportation. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone coming to Cartagena.

5.00We had a fantastic tour guide -John Torres. Ended up being a private tour just for the two of us. He showed us all the “must see” spots in Cartagena. Spent as much time as we wanted in each spot. Stopped at extra spots if we asked ( ie stores etc). Very personable. Excellent experience all around. Highly recommended if first time visiting Cartagena
