We were walk in customers so Mike took us on a 2 hour private ride led very enthusiastically by his dog Ramsies. Great face and plenty of interesting stops. Mikes knowledge of Krakow history mixed with some very sharp humour was spot on. Great tour. Highly recommend

Mike was an absolute legend of a guide and genuinely made our Krakow tour unforgettable. From the moment we started, he brought loads of energy teamed with great humour, and a ton of knowledge to every stop. He showed us some amazing places around the city that we never would have appreciated in the same way on our own. The guys been doing it 20 years, he knows his stuff! What really set Mike apart was how entertaining he was throughout, dropping brilliant movie references, telling great stories, and keeping the whole group engaged for the full tour. He’s one of those rare guides who makes history and sightseeing feel effortless and fun. The tour itself was fantastic value too. In just 4 hours, we managed to see so much of Krakow without it ever feeling rushed, with a perfectly timed break for food and drinks in the middle. Overall, Mike is an all round mega guy and exactly the kind of person you hope to get as a guide. If you’re doing a tour of Krakow and get Mike, you’ve hit the jackpot. Plus he has a gorgeous dog!

Krakow is a beautiful city and l will return, but not in the thick of winter, and l certainly won’t book any tours in advance or anything at all with “Get Your Guide”. My advice to travellers is, let the hotel book for you or book yourself on arrival directly with the relevant venue. G Y G will change your arrangements and if you can’t accommodate then you lose your payment. Also, be aware that their written agreements don’t match the actualities. My arrangement of hotel pickup was changed and I was expected to walk to a meeting point at least 7 minutes from my hotel (l know the distance because I’d already made the journey several times, even longer when negotiating icy paths ) which in their estimation takes 3 minutes. Due to their incorrect calculations l lost my entire payment. That’s what l call a swindle. The G Y G city walking guide started off at snails pace and almost galloped his way towards the finish. I had to give up before then and so a chunk of prepaid money was lost. My advice: just turn up, it’s cheaper because you don’t pay until the end and you give whatever you choose. No doubt the guides will be very obliging in those circumstances.

A good way to see the principle sights in Kracow. We had a small group, (5 persons) and an excellent informative guide.

The guide was very nice and „cool“. She was very interested in what she was explaining which was a genuine experience. I van Inlay recommend it!

We loved the entertaining experience. Even our 10 years old had fun, on her smaller bike suitable to her size. The pace was well balanced and Mike is a great guide. Was a shame his dog couldn’t come with us because of the sausages in the baskets in everyone’s hand on an Easter Saturday.

Great way to see the city. Our guide (Zoe) was super knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. She is a credit to the business. We did this tour on our first full day in the city and this was great, as it helped us get our bearings. Also Zoe had some good recommendations about other things to do in the city.

This is an excellent tour if cycling is your thing! Mike is very very knowledgeable and is full of tales of old Krakow interspersed with "real" facts especially interesting were his thoughts on the Nazi occupation during WW2. The bikes are comfortable with 3 gears and easy to manage. Defo worth a 5 star review
