Very great experience with a perfect organisation. It was amazing⁴, and we were greatfull to see the lost city after hiking in so warm conditions. The guide Gabriel knew a lot about the history of the region and the people and was very nice. Also the translator Alberto was very very helpfull and spoke very well english. The cook Jesus did good cooking and we had enough food with enough snacks. Really to recommend !

What an amazing experience! We did the 3 day track and it was an unbelievable hike that we will never forget! Special thanks to Tatiana our amazing guide, full of energy and knowledge, who effortlessly guided us with patience and positive vibes throughout the three days! If you want to have a guide that challenges you, that shares all the little details about the track, the communities and the culture, she is the one to ask for!! Also big mention to Orlando our cook, who fuelled us with the tastiest meals! Super recommended experience :)

We absolutely recommend Expotour for trekking to the Ciudad Perdida. The difference is made by the team: the guide, Ariel, and the translator, Sofia, were instrumental in making us understand the history and deep traditions of indigenous peoples, making the walk not only a physical challenge, but also an important cultural experience. The cook, Emir, surprised us every day by delighting us with typical Colombian dishes. Excellent logistics organization and cleaning of base camps. Thank you for making this adventure so special!

Actually, we did the 5-day hike. This allows you to enjoy a few waterfalls on the 4th day, also rest of course, and be able to do a different path on the 5th. We had some excellent guide people: Aldair, Jorge, Sol and Camilla (the cook). They were always with the whole team. Very professional and beautiful people. Getting to Lost City is demanding but worth it. It's an amazing place, ever since I started walking the first day like the last. The hardest is the 2nd. It should be noted that in the camps it is shared with other guides from different agencies. They're all a great team. So I want to highlight Paola and Duban (Turcol and Teyuna) who gave me a hand with a problem I had in my knee. Thank you!!

Amazing experience, we went around in 3N 4D, it was perfect. Our guide Ariel was a local and gave us very detailed and personal information throughout the trek. Thanks to Sophia our translator we were able to understand the essentials of the explanations. The accommodation was clean, our cook Emiro allowed us to taste local specialties. I recommend!

A strenuous but absolutely worthwhile tour, where you learn a lot about the local indigenous people and which also benefits from this tour. Ida, David and Santiago led us through the hike and told us a lot about the history and culture of this region and its people. All very impressive, as well as the nature you immerse yourself in. Swimming in waterfalls and rivers is available as extra on top. We can highly recommend Expo Tour.

Excellent tour! I can only recommend this experience. Everything was great, our guide Iderle explanations, David’s translations, Santiago’s attentions and Wilfredy’s cuisine. Everything was on point. The group size was also perfect with just 12 participants for 4 staffs. It allows everyone to walk at their own pace and meet for chill lunches and dinners. This tour is good value for money and I would always recommend the 4 days tour over the 3 days as it allows you to take time to discover the local indigenous tribes customs, learn about the plants and animals you come across and most of all really enjoy some chill time in Ciudad Perdida.

I did the 4 days 3 nights hiking tour to the Ciudad Perdida starting on December 18th, 2025. We were 10 participants in the Chigüiros group guided by Elizabeth (guide), Ferney (guide), Cole (cook) and Justin (translator). The ratio of guides and participants was very good. It was a wonderful experience and though the hiking days were streneous due to heat, sometimes muddy trails and ascents, it was absolutely worth it. The comfort of this tour was higher than I expected it. The beds in the camp had a cushion, a blanket and a mosquito net. We got three generous meals per day and snacks during the hike (fruits, cookies, juice) which kept us motivated. The staff took great care of us! On the way we could go swimming in different rivers and waterfalls and received information from a Wiwa indigenous about his culture. Apart from a tukan from afar we unfortunately didn't see any animals.
