Very enjoyable hike with Rishi, a passionate hiker and knowledgeable guide! I left the Pentland Hills hike with a smile on my face. The 6 mile hike provided an excellent amount of physical exercise. Seeing various plants such as spruce and nettle and learning about their medicinal benefits was appreciated. Relaxing together with some snacks while enjoying the sights and sounds of the nature around us added to the experience. Being able to see the Highland cows and sheep up close in their natural habitat was an unexpected treat. Whoever is searching for a great hiking experience should definitely sign up for this one. Thanks Rishi!

AMAZING! It was great having a small group & explore areas that I would not normally do so by myself. Rishi was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions & showed me what I had wanted to see. Nice seeing areas that are more of what Scotland is.

So worth it! Definitely perfect for those wanting to get out of the city and be in nature. The first bit is definitely a bit steep, but as long as you have somewhat good fitness, you’ll be fine. Rishi is a wonderful guide! He is very knowledgeable of both local and natural history; making sure to stop a ton of times and share very interesting location based information.

We learned so much about the local fauna and nature during the hike! Rishi the tour guide was incredibly well prepared. He brought more than enough water and snacks for the group. He knew so much about Scottish history and the local geography! The hike was well worth the view of the city and it was wonderful to get away from the tourist crowds of the old town in Edinburgh. 10/10 would recommend!
