  We had an excellent experience with Mr. Orange during our recent trip to Shanghai. From start to finish, their communication was top-notch – we received regular updates via WhatsApp, including real-time info and photos of the vehicles that would be picking us up. It made the whole process feel very smooth and reassuring. Upon arrival at Pudong Airport, we were warmly greeted in the arrivals hall with a clear sign bearing our names, which made it easy to find our driver. The vehicle was immaculately clean, modern, and comfortable – a great welcome to Shanghai! We were so impressed that we booked Mr. Orange again for a full-day trip to one of the nearby ancient water towns, followed by a drop-off at the Disneyland Hotel. Everything was handled efficiently and punctually. The drivers were polite, professional, and helpful throughout the day, although the translator app had to be used. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, well-organized private transfers in Shanghai. We’ll definitely use Mr. Orange again next time we're in town!

  I booked a few transfer with David (Orange Transfer) for my parents. My parents are seniors around 70-80 years old. His price is reasonable. I compared it with other company. Paid everything in advance before the trip through alipay. Everything runs smoothly. I told David that my parents dont have any wechat account and only can communicate through whatsapp. Well ,he set up a whatsapp group for my parents for easier communication and everythin turns out well. When they arrive in the airport, they can find the driver easily with Mr Orange signage. We definetly will use his service again when we come to China. Thank you David

  We chartered a car with Mr. Orange in Xi'an and another day in Suzhou. Similar to our experience in Xi'an, we had a wonderful time with our driver, Mr. Zhang. Mr. Zhang was professional, friendly, helpful, and an excellent, safe driver. He kindly suggested places of interest near our hotel when we asked. There was NO hard-sell shopping trips. David and Yaya managed our initial bookings and logistics during the day of hire. Their services are commendable. Yaya forwarded a photo of Mr. Zhang and his car details, and connected us on WeChat a day before. We felt really taken care of and safe, considering we were new to Suzhou and meeting a stranger who would be driving us around.

  Our group used Mr.Orange services for an airport transfer (a round trip), a Disneyland transfer (a round trip), hired a car with a driver to Zhujiajiao, and another day trip in Shanghai city center. David was really helpful and this company did provide excellent services. I was using WhatsApp all the time, and most of the time there was no problem but if the VPN went off, there might be a little problem trying to contact him. And since every driver does not speak English, so David is always there to communicate our schedule and call the driver to pick us up at the meeting point. But I would suggest downloading WeChat as it would be much easier to contact David and Mr.Orange's support team and the driver. When there was some problem, he did make it up by voiding some expenses and also changing the driver as he said it was his strict company policy not to let customers wait. This is impressive for us. So if I have a chance to go back to Shanghai again, I will definitely use his services. P.S. Even though I had some problems with WeChat, but in the end, after I came back to my country, he still helped me to unblock it. Excellent services and great service mind!!!

  This was a trip led by Louie for the above destinations. Orange Transfer started with having us go to the 101st floor of the World Financial Center observation deck. This was followed up with a trip to Zhujiajiao Water Town. This town was truly amazing where we started with lunch and then took a boat ride through the old villages and walked through amazing shops that were up close and personal with local food (including bugs, crabs, and all types of fish). We rounded out the tour with a trip to the Bund where we walked up and down the Citywalk and Louie gave us insightful background of select buildings in the area. I would highly recommend this tour that will take most of the day.

  Visited Shanghai for the very first time with family, Mr. Orange helped us a lot so we able to visit all places we want to go, thanks to all staff who were responsive in all communication and special thanks to Mr. Xiao who took us everywhere with smile. 😊

  We spent an awesome day with Mr. Orange tours and driver Mr. Huaung. We were picked up at the Toy Story Hotel at the exact time I had requested. There were 8 in our family and the van was perfect for us. Trying to get around with all of us in taxis was not easy and this was so much more economical and simple. There was plenty of room for all of our luggage and everything went smoothly. We drove tot Zhujiajiao Water Town were we spent a relaxing few hours, stopped in downtown Shanghai for dinner and then were dropped off at the train station for our travel to Beijing that night. It couldn't have been more convenient! Just transferring from the Toy Story Hotel to the train station would have cost a fortune by taxi since we needed two. We also used Mr. Orange in Beijing. In Beijing we had scheduled a drive to the Great Wall (Mutianyu). We had booked for 8 hours but it turned out to be closer to 12 with no complaint from our great driver. Only a reasonable hourly fee was charged for the additional hours. We spent a few hours at the Great Wall and we then had him drive us to the Summer Palace for a couple of hours. We had an advantage with my husband speaking Chinese, but he had such an enjoyable time chatting with both of our drivers. We loved this tour company so much that we ended up booking a last minute transfer to the Beijing airport at the end of our stay as well. I would recommend highly.
