Discover Cork on a family-friendly walking tour that blends sweet treats, rich history, and local charm. We begin at Cameron Bakery with fresh, buttery pastries before strolling along Merchant’s Quay beside the winding River Lee. At Emmet Place, we’ll highlight some of Cork’s most iconic landmarks.
A short walk brings us to one of our partner shops on historic Frenchchurch Street, where you’ll enjoy donuts made fresh that morning. We’ll then treat you to colorful, creative varieties that showcase Cork’s modern flair and flavor.
As we head to our final stop at Cafe Mexicana, we’ll pass the historic Coal Quay, a trading site for centuries. In this cozy café tucked in the Huguenot Quarter, you’ll choose between Alfajores or Grandma’s Mexican cake for a sweet finale.
This tour is perfect for families, food lovers, and anyone eager to explore Cork’s flavors, stories, and soul in a fun, relaxed way.

Mary Sol was amazing tour guide. Well informed on Cork history. The tour flowed very well. The stops both, landmarks and food were spectacular. Highly recommend!

Mary was a lovely host sharing knowledge of donuts, Cork, and Ireland. I love that to go bags were encouraged vs having to eat it all at each stop. Mary did prepare us properly to save room for the last stop best eaten there. If you are doing this with kids know that it’s more of a sweets vs just donut tour. All are lovely and yummy but set expectations that it’s not all donuts all the time.

Mary Sol was a very personable tour guide, and we thoroughly enjoyed her tour. It was great fun to sample a variety of sweet treats while learning more about Cork. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cork. It’s a great way to get to know the city while also discovering some of its best independent bakeries, and it gives you great ideas for places to revisit later during your stay. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and Mary Sol did a fantastic job!
