Great experience, we would never seen or learned about half the things we saw. Very knowledgeable guide was well worth our time.

Daniella did a wonderful job explaining all of the important historical aspects of the stops on this tour. Daniella had great energy and enthusiasm and was adept at explaining complicated historical movements.

This is a great way to learn the history and some interesting facts about Old San Juan. Lizbeth, our guide, was very nice and knowledgeable. We had a great time and learned a lot.

This was an excellent walking tour of San Juan. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, and the topics covered were both interesting and relevant. We spent an appropriate amount of time in each area and covered a lot of ground without feeling rushed. The guide was very open to questions and provided thoughtful, thorough answers throughout. Overall, the tour was well worth the cost, and I'd highly recommend it.

Tour all in all was good. Ann was a good tour guide. Walked a little too fast for whole group. Never checked in to ask about bathroom breaks. I asked and everyone chimed in yes! Biggest upset, all 10 of us were not notified that the start time was changed from 1:30 to 2:00p. Had to call Viator number and was on hold for over 10 minutes. To be told it was changed over a week prior and no one received any text or email about the change.

They would not work with me when I was 5 m late to find the guide. Due to traffic I told them about ahead of time. They didn’t respond and when I finally got thru they told me it was my fault even though in this day and age of cell phones if they had given me the number of the tour guide I could have found where they were and caught up. Do better !
