What fun! Doug was great at making sure we all felt secure and had a good time. We learned so much about the history of the area and the present day dynamics of life in north western Arizona. The town of Oatman didn't disappoint. Good food, friendly shop owners, gun fight reenactment, and burrows!

Douglas the tour guide was awesome. The trip was fun and informative. Had a blast in Oatman and tried an Oatman original shot called Salty Burro Nuts. Try it you'll like it.

Our tour to Oatman was wonderful. He talked to the group sharing information and history the whole trip up. Made great suggestions for watching the gunfight and eating at the hotel. The way back he shared a movie that gave quite a bit of the history I Rt 66.

Highly recommend this tour to Oatman to see the burros. They are so sweet and the lunch available at the hotel is really great. We also were entertained by the shootout. The road to get there is windy and bumpy, so it is really nice to have someone drive you there, and for such a reasonable price! Our driver was amazing. All the way there he gave us so much information about the burros, Route 66 history, and the surrounding nature. You can tell that he really loves the desert and all it has to offer.

Douglas did a fantastic job giving us a little history, his experiences, what to do and see. It was a great day trip. We would recommend it to anyone. One highlight was his telling us about seeing the rare white donkey a couple times and a few minutes after that, the white donkey was on the road right ahead of us. Very informative and interesting day. Nice job Douglas.

The Oatman Bus Tour run by the London Bridge Resort on Tuesdays was quite a fun adventure. It takes about an hour and a half to get there and back but there is plenty of time to visit shops and historic places, have lunch, watch a gun fight and, of course, see all the burros!. The driver/guide was great and very knowledgeable about the area. You can book directly with the Resort.
