After 120 minutes of waiting from the time you flight lands without pre-informing will be considered as No-show.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

What To Expect
[ Guidelines for Arrival Fast Track ] * After landing: Disembark from the plane. Proceed to the Landing Visa section where you will meet our visa staff. * Meet Our Visa Staff: Look for a staff member holding a welcome board with your name. He will assist you through the Fast Track Line * Passport stamp: Present the following documents: Passport & E-Visa. The visa staff will assist you to get your visa stamped. * Collect Your Luggage (Self-Service): After getting your visa stamped, proceed to the luggage collection area on your own. * Proceed to Arrival Hall (Self-Service): After collecting your luggage and go through scanning, head to the arrival hall. on your own. * Airport Transfer (if booked): Look for our driver holding a welcome board with your name. He will assist you to the car and drive you to your hotel.

Don’t do the transfer just the immigration fast track.

3.00Loved the immigration portion as our flight time had huge queues. The taxi portion was less than smooth. Don’t include the transfer as you’ll just be waiting in a queue anyway with everyone else.

3.00This was a great idea it was just that the pick up/collection details were a bit lacking. The lady collected us and led us to customs and we turned around and she was gone. I thought as part of this experience they would pick you up from the plane, take you through customs, take you to the bags then to the vehicle. However we had to find our own way to the bags then to the vehicle. We got a bit lost cause we didn't know where to meet them as there were no instructions other than a car licence number. We ended up talking and messaging them and got instructions to meet at pillar 11. I think it would have been super helpful to get this upfront. The driver was great but the miscommunication and lack of information really put it down. I probably wouldn't purchase again. I've given 3 stars cause the driver was great and the lady was waiting after our plane landed.
