After 120 minutes of waiting from the time you flight lands without pre-informing will be considered as No-show.

The standard medium luggage size is 66cm x 43cm x 26cm.
Walking canes, infant strollers, sports equipment items, etc. will be counted as luggage
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

What To Expect
[ Guidelines for Arrival Fast Track ] * After landing: Disembark from the plane. Proceed to the Landing Visa section where you will meet our visa staff. * Meet Our Visa Staff: Look for a staff member holding a welcome board with your name. He will assist you through the Fast Track Line * Passport stamp: Present the following documents: Passport & E-Visa. The visa staff will assist you to get your visa stamped. * Collect Your Luggage (Self-Service): After getting your visa stamped, proceed to the luggage collection area on your own. * Proceed to Arrival Hall (Self-Service): After collecting your luggage and go through scanning, head to the arrival hall. on your own. * Airport Transfer (if booked): Look for our driver holding a welcome board with your name. He will assist you to the car and drive you to your hotel.

5.00All I can say is worth every penny in Ho Chi Minh City. The arrivals queue was massive and we heard people were waiting 3 hours to pass through security. After 15 hours of travelling that is really not what you want!!! Instead 15 minutes though passport control, to baggage claim and out to our waiting car!!! Stress free and easy!!

Don’t do the transfer just the immigration fast track.

3.00Loved the immigration portion as our flight time had huge queues. The taxi portion was less than smooth. Don’t include the transfer as you’ll just be waiting in a queue anyway with everyone else.
