War Remnants Museum
The War Remnants Museum is Saigon's most visited museum It is the unique museum in Vietnam to systematically study, collect, conserve and display exhibits on war crimes and consequences inflicted on the Vietnamese people by foreign aggressive forces. The Independence Palace
The Independence Palace, also known as the Reunification Palace, is one of Ho Chi Minh City’s most iconic historical landmarks. Located in the heart of the city, it once served as the presidential residence and workplace of the President of South Vietnam during the Vietnam War. Today, the palace stands as a museum, preserving the rooms, war command center, and original furnishings from the era. A visit to the Independence Palace offers an immersive experience into Vietnam’s modern history and a powerful reminder of the country’s journey toward reunification and peace.

5.00Nghi our guide was lovely, engaging, informative and professional. Her insight into the architecture, culture and history is second to none. She is completely fluent in English and also taught up some Vietnamese! Although I have been to HCM twice I learnt so much on this tour. Three hours is a long time, but a coffee break was a nice touch. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough, and Nghi was exceptional. Thanks very much.

5.00Phuong was an excellent guide, she met us at our hotel and discussed the places we would like to see and things that interested us and then suggested an itinerary for the time we had available. She was very knowledgeable about the history of Vietnam in general but also knew the museums well - this was really helpful as well in the War Remnants museum where she let us know about some of the rooms which I might like to check first before deciding to take in my son (9yo). She also gave us some suggestions of places we might like to go in our next stops in Vietnam, and shared links to easily find them TL;DR I really recommend booking

5.00Phuong was an excellent tour guide, she met us at the hotel and had a chat about which places we would like to go and helped to personalise the tour for what would interest us and in our timeframe. She was very friendly and informative about the places we visited and the history of Saigon and Vietnam, but also had some suggestions for the other places we are visiting in our holiday

5.00We joined a guided tour at the Independence Palace in Ho Chi Minh City led by Phuong, and it was absolutely the highlight of our museum visits. Phuong was knowledgeable, engaging, and brought the history to life with stories and insights we would never have picked up on our own. Compared to other museums we visited on our own — where we mostly just skimmed through and didn’t learn much — this tour was a totally different experience. Highly recommended!

5.00We had a very meaningful experience through this program. We had fun shopping at the market, tried local Vietnamese food that we couldn't experience on the tour, and were taken to a cafe we wanted to go to on Dong Khoi Street. It was a wonderful memory. We would recommend this program to many people. Thank you so much to Phuong-san for attending to us.

5.00⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 great tour experience with Phuong 🙂 since i booked late afternoon we opted to go on walking tour through the streets of HCM District 1 — she knows well the history of Saigon/Vietnam you can ask anything to her 😊 ended the tour with a dinner and more chit chats 🍜 highly recommended 👌🏻

5.00I was greeted by Phuong. She is very friendly and it is very comfortable to have her as my guide. This service allows flexibility of me to choose where I want to go, and Phuong helped me to plan where to go first. We only able to go to War Remnants Museum, but Phuong knowledge in telling me about the history makes the museum tour interesting, really worth my time. She is open to questions and I understand more about Vietnam history. She also helped me to bargain good deals in Ben Tanh Market! I wish I booked for the earlier slot so I can explore more of Ho Chi Minh City with a guide as nice as Phuong. Really hope one day I can come back to HCMC!
