The tour we had with Mr. Tran was wonderful - we learnt so much from him about the history and culture around Hoi An, and was so welcoming of questions. We had a bike tour and cooking class with this company, which was an amazing experience, and let me see Hoi An in a whole new light. A truly wonderful experience, helped by the wonderful guide.

We had a wonderful time on our Da Nang tour yesterday. Our driver, Mr. Hao, and our tour guide, Mr. Quy, both made sure that we were comfortable and relaxed throughout the day. Mr. Quy was very informative in describing the sites and explaining how they pertain to the culture and history of Vietnam. Lunch was great, and we were made to feel like we were hanging out with family. Marble Mountain, Lady Budda, and Hoi An Ancient City are all amazing to visit and great photo opportunities. We strongly recommend this tour.

we did this tour on a cruise stop and it was 100% worth it! We had Hao as our driver and Lyly as our guide and both were excellent!! We were able to completely customize our day based on timing needs and even got to make some extra stops for pictures and coffee.

Awesome!! We did book a private transfer for Ba Na Hills, Lady Buddha and Dragon Bridge in Danang. Hau was our driver and he was super friendly, sometimes also stopping just for us to take pictures of interesting things. He also asked if we wanted to have lunch and brought us to a super nice and delicious restaurant. Car was a Kia SUV, very comfortable and great A/C. Hau also provided water bottles throughout the day. Today, we did the Hoi An countryside tour again with Hau as our driver and Sinh as our tourguide. It was great fun! We got to see a lot of Hoi An, the coconut forest and made our own lanterns. Sinh speaks English very well, was friendly at all times and also took pictures for us. Both days were great and Hau was on time! Also tge booking process was super easy and they sent an email with driver, vehicle and phone number information both evenings before the tours. A big thank you to Hau and Sinh!

I highly recommend Culture Pham Tours. They arranged all my trips in Da Nang and Hue. They are responsive, prompt and reliable. Our drivers were all punctual and helpful. Our guide to Hoi An and My Son Sanctuary was hugely impressive, Mr Thinh. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. Please ask for him when doing this tour. We also did a countryside cycling tour in Hue which my teenage kids enjoyed tremendously (guide was Mr Hoa).

Very good driver...always ready with fresh water when we arrived at the car...we always send a message just before our arrival so Mr Hua could put on the airco of the car... we would hardly recommand this driver to anybody who need a driver in the surrounding of Da Nang.
