This was our first time snorkeling and we enjoyed it very much. The hotel where we took off from was easy to get to and find. The gear was also provided. The guides were awesome and very knowledgeable. Hol Chan and Shark Ray Alley were both super cool and a great experience . Our favorite was seeing the sea turtles. Note: If you are sensitive or prone to motion sickness I would recommend to take medicine as it's a sailboat.

We went on a snorkel trip with George and Edwin and had a great experience. They were kind, welcoming, and taught us a lot about the Hol Chan Marine Reserve. The snorkeling was incredible. We saw turtles, lobsters, and even dolphins. We really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing experience! From the point of check in, to being greeted on the sail boat by our guide, yo last moment- all was great! Our guide, Edwin, was very knowledgeable and made our snorkeling adventure relaxing and memorable! Sailing on a big boat is an awesome way to spend a time ! We highly recommend! Family of 4, including 10 year old. 2 of us have never snorkeled before, but did great!

They did a great job of taking us to Hol Chan and Shark Ally where there was an abundance of sea life. Very friendly and professional. I had my waterproof camera and there were a lot of great pictures to be had so I felt a bit rushed but that's on me. I could have stayed taking pictures for another hour at least. Also, I used to do a lot of sailing so it was nice to get out under sail again. Very relaxing trip. For the seniors out there, I'm 76 years old. The wind was about 15 knots and there was chop. I still lift weights and stay in good condition but I got a good aerobic workout. In short, if you're in relatively good shape and don't have heart and/or lung conditions, go for it. I did and it was definitely worth it.

We had fun on the boat. Edwin was humorous, personable and a great snorkeling guide while Charlie was a solid captain. Loved swimming with the nurse sharks. Check in process was simple for the tour.

Such a wonderful experience! Edwin was so friendly. My partner has a water phobia and Edwin helped her so much, keeping her calm and stayed with her the whole time. Neither of us can swim but we did fine bc of the life jackets. A must do experience.

The whole thing is very relaxed with great guides and amazing sites! Saw EVERYTHING, and had a great time talking with staff. They also gave us directions to the BEST authentic jerk chicken and oxtails here!

Reapply sunscreen in between dives, especially on the shoulders. You can hear more detail if you are close to the guide. Edwin and David were excellent and good-natured.

Amazing day on the water. Friendly guides, easy coordination, and just enough guided snorkel time with our family

For the price I would definitely not do this again. You can rent a small private boat and not go packed in. We were a family of 6 and another family came too which really killed the vibe. Hol Chan is packed with people and with 11 people and a guide you can’t hear what is happening. Also the gear is not well taken care of so straps snap and the goggles fog up horribly. Since the other family was slow, we did not get to snorkel as much as our family could have. The whole thing is ridiculously rushed. If I could do it again I would find a personal guide for our group and go snorkel someplace not as crowded where you can take your time and watch the fish rather than swim a marathon fast as you can.
