5.00We did a couples massage - Hot stone and facial massage with Desak (who took care of me) and Indah who took care of my husband. They were very mindful for the atmosphere making sure the temperature was right for us and making us comfortable table. Desak was very polite and always made sure I was having the best experience. Loved her smile and welcoming attitude- makes me want to come back again 🥰 Loved the session- would recommend for those seeking a relaxing experience! Sandi was also very nice to help us get sorted with our booking - very professional and enthusiastic 🤩

5.00Indah massage was amazing, she helped me pull out all the tight muscles especially on my traps and legs which was very relieving. I would definitely come here again! At the end of it I was super relaxed. And Sandi’s front desk service was welcoming.

5.00All the staff were welcoming and accommodating. They gave us both welcome drinks and after treatment tea. Superb spa ambiance and we got our own room too, not just separated by curtains but an entire room with toilet, shower, and bath. We were in house guests and we had the treatment after checking out so it was very convenient that they had the shower for us to use before catching our flight. Our masseuse were Pani and Wina and they both gave high customer service, always checking on us how we are doing and if the pressure was still okay. We also loved the oil used, it was not too much just the right amount and the frangipani scrub and mask had mild scent which we liked. Best part was the flower bath, such a great way to end our Bali escape!
