The Plaza Premium Lounge has locations in the restricted area of the departures level of the airport. For these locations, you must pass through security and immigration prior to gaining access to the lounge; an on-going boarding pass MUST be presented by all passengers before entering any of the lounges.

**Important Note*** With effect from 15th November 2021, Hong Kong International Airport will be segregated into two zones. Green Zone – Gate 5-24. Designated for Mainland China Flights. Orange Zone – Gate 25-71. Designated for International Flights. The revised operating hours of Plaza Premium Lounges: Plaza Premium Lounge (Near Gate 1, Departures) 0800-1600 daily Green Zone Plaza Premium Lounge (Near Gate 60, Departures) 0800-2330 daily Orange Zone Plaza Premium Lounge (Near Gate 35, Departures) 2300-0800 daily Orange Zone However, Plaza premium First is Temporarily closed until further notice . Please also note the below measurement will be in place • Social distancing within our lounges • Removal of buffet bars, and switch to digital food ordering of hot food (breakfast/soups/pastas/noodles, etc) and served to customers, individually wrapped fruits/sandwiches, packed salad/cereals/cheese etc • Canned beverages, coffee/tea in disposal cups Escape the hectic airport atmosphere and head to the Plaza Premium Lounge at Hong Kong International Airport. 5.00Had a great visit in the lounge today 100625 I walked up and met Bably. Very impressive customer service. She got me all set up no issues , Guzman was very attentive to my needs aswell I drank, showered, ate and met some great folk. I work in the CS industry and your company is very lucky having these two looking out for your business. 5 out of 5 I'll be back in Nov on my return flight. You got 2 good ones there!
