What To Expect
Duration:1 hour 20 minutes
Operating Schedule:Please, note that total duration of the Hop-On Hop-Off tour can vary from 1h 20 minutes, depending on traffic and amount of harbours included in the tour. Changes are possible. Hop-On Hop-Off tours operate May-September 2026: every 30-40 minutes between 10:00 and 16:00 from Stop 1. Extra departures on international cruise ship arrival days.
Stop 1
Bus stop within walking distance from Market Square and famous Havis Amanda statue with fountain.
Bus stop is outside on the other side of the road from the terminal.
Kaivopuisto stop, situated on the other side of the road from Cafe Ursula
Eira Neighbourhood stop. Situated next to mini golf, on the other side of the road.
LHB & LHC harbour stops for International Cruise ships
LHD harbour stop for International Cruise ships
Stop is next to traditional Finnish sauna Löyly with restaurant/ bar.
Bus stop situated at Bulevardi street
Stop can be find by walking 3 minutes to the North from crossing of Bulevardi and Fredrikinkatu
Stop is in walking distance from Kamppi metro/ intercity bus station/ Shopping mall. Situated at Fredrikinkatu next to Tennis Palace building.
Stop situated at Arkadiankatu street
Sibelius park stop is situated on the other side of the road from the park, to the East.
Stop is on the other side from Tram Museum of Helsinki
Stop situated at Mäntymäentie street
Stop for Sea Life and Linnanmäki is next to main entrance of Winter Garden

Operating Schedule:Off-season tours have TWO departures a day from STOP 1: 10:40 and 13:00. Off-season bus can be operated by our Blue Sightseeing bus depending on weather conditions.

1.00Beware if you pay cash for this tour , they refused to give me my change. The tour costs €36 … (no discount for seniors either ) . !!! If you give a €50 note , they “cannot” give you change, the lady told me , the company policy is they cannot give you change . But City Red Bus Tours , Did you know, …….THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW. ………If you read the government laws of fair trading , it states that if cash is an accepted method of payment for a service , it is obligatory that Cash change be given to the customer . If you do not have any change , it means you are either very disorganised . OR. You are trying to cheat the customer , in either case , THE COMPANY IS BREAKING THE LAW. The situation very much soured my experience on the trip on the bus and I am still very annoyed about it. The lady taking my money was very rude to me about it as well , I was very shocked by her rudeness toward me. I am an older senior citizen and cannot walk very well . So I was not able to go in time to get exact change for the fare. It is also not stated on the brochure , that no change will be given to cash paying customers !!!!! I am very disappointed by this incident and feel it necessary to warn other tourists about this. I feel as if this could be a deliberate intent to rip tourists off .

1.00There was protests in Barcelona today. The bus company should have told us when we got on the bus, but they didn’t. We were stuck on the bus with traffic everywhere for 3 hours and we didn’t see anything. It was totally waste of money and time!

5.00The tour was very interesting and entertaining with breaks for photos. Unfortunately, in the cold, the windows kept running, but the nice bus driver had provided wipes to wipe the window.

4.00Always a good way to orientate yourself with the city because it provides a good overall view. This tour was no exception. Didn't operate as a Hop-on-hop-off because they are in winter programme when it is just a guide bus tour with a couple of stops. Good tour.
