The crew was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience feel safe and smooth. Everything—from the balloon inflation to the gentle landing—was well organized. The post‑flight toast and breakfast were a lovely touch too. If you’re visiting Mexico City, this is a must‑do experience. Truly unforgettable.

5.00The experience was great from the start. The photographer was super professional, punctual and very good ride. He guided us at all times so that the photos came natural and with the best background of the pyramids. The editions were quality, magazine style, and delivered them to us very quickly. If they go to the balloons, it's really worth hiring. It makes the memory even more special. Highly recommended!
