1.00That Viator is deceptive by publishing a a tour ride, and sending a strange and private vehicle with no company or any form of ID to pick me up. I ended up not doing the tour for safety reasons. I wish I could get a refund but if not, that’s it. Just will never do anything with Viator again and will not recommend anyone to. Viator just want money but do not care about customers safety. Your customer service was more pathetic. What is the big deal about refunding your customer for a service not rendered? Well, never again.
