A great way to experience Lima beyond the typical sightseeing. Walking through Huaca Pucllana feels like discovering a hidden piece of ancient history right in the middle of the city. Then, exploring the Historic Center and descending into the Catacumbas del Convento de San Francisco adds a completely different and memorable perspective. It’s a well-paced tour that mixes culture, history, and a bit of mystery — perfect for travelers who want to truly connect with Lima in a short time.

This tour offers a great balance between ancient history and colonial heritage. Huaca Pucllana is an impressive archaeological site, and visiting it from the inside really helps you understand how important it was for early civilizations in Lima. The Catacombs add a completely different atmosphere to the experience—intriguing, historic, and surprisingly moving. The tour flowed smoothly, never felt rushed, and the explanations were clear and interesting throughout. It’s an excellent option if you want to see more than just the modern city and truly appreciate Lima’s rich and layered history. Highly recommended.

This tour was a fantastic way to experience two very different sides of Lima’s history in one day. Visiting Huaca Pucllana was impressive—the contrast between the ancient pyramid and the modern city around it is truly unique. The explanation inside the site helped us understand its importance and how people lived there centuries ago. The visit to the Catacombs was equally fascinating and a bit mysterious, offering a powerful glimpse into Lima’s colonial past. Everything was well organized, and the guide did a great job connecting both experiences in an engaging and easy-to-follow way. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to explore Lima beyond the usual city highlights.
