1.00Specifically booked a private transfer due to requirements for infant seats. As the airline would not guarantee availability of infant seats with transfer included with our flights. Pick up at airport on arrival was good and seat included. On the day before departure I confirmed our transport and reminded we had an infant and required the seat. It was confirmed by the transport company. On our pick up they arrived without a seat. The driver stated he was not told to bring one. I reached out to the company who stated we have none available. So why did I pay extra for a private transfer with an infant seat if they could not provide it? Poor customer service and follow up from transport provider and Viator
