Our pick up went smoothly - and we easily arrived at the train station. There we met our guide, Tom, who did an excellent job. The train was fun, but the highlight was exploring the Hue Citadel in the Imperial City. The local lunch was a treat too, before we headed off for the Pagoda and Mausoleum visit. Thanks again Tom!

A fantastic guide a beautifully curated itinerary and great food. What more does a traveller need? The train journey gave us insights into the Vietnam railway network.

The Hue citadel and the palace were stunning. The mausoleum was grandiose. Our guide, Mr.Thinh, explained the religious and cultural significance of the places and architecture. He was patient and took lots of pictures for everyone. There was no delay. The food was good too. Definitely worth the visit if you are into history.

Thinh was a great tour guide for our trip. He was very accommodating throughout the trip and shared plenty of historical knowledge about the sites we visited. The train snack was great and the lunch provided was enjoyable. We hope to go on a different tour with Thinh in the future. Thank you for the experience!

Our guide Thinh was enthusiastic, generous with his time and knowledge, and took great attention of our needs. Our driver Vho drove us safely to and from destinations, always on time to sweep us away to the next site, and the ride home was smooth enough that I slept right through it. Things to expect: -Seats on the train may not be facing the sea views, but one can transfer to empty seats to take pictures. -The community carriage can be quite noisy with a person or two belting it out on speakers, so hanging around there for a picture was not ideal. -You'll be travelling for at least 3 hours, 1.5 on the train and another 1.5 on the van. Then you'll spend more than an hour in the imperial grounds. Bring something hefty to eat on the train or van ride because lunch won't be served until 1 pm or even a little later. -They will provide bottles of water and there will be several stops to visit the toilet, snacks or drinks. -Give them the number you use for WhatsApp as this is how the tour company and guide will contact you on the day. It was a very long day but I felt well-taken care of. Thinh shared numerous interesting facts about the places, allowed us ample time to walk around and take pictures, and was very organized. It was a great opportunity to visit another city in Vietnam, albeit for a day. Lunch was also delicious, served in a restaurant that reminded me of the palace interiors, which really contributed to the mood! They also served new types of dishes, which we loved, and our lady host was very gracious. We really enjoyed ourselves and would easily recommend this tour to anyone!

We enjoyed a fabulous tour by Thinh (aka Tim), who struck the right balance of information, courtesy, service and humour for us. With clear instructions all throughout, we found this to be a great way to experience Hue in a day. The lunch arranged by the tour was yummy and they catered to our diet needs. And Tim took great photos of us at many stops! Thank you very much!

We had a fantastic day exploring Hue with Coco as our guide. She was very friendly, patient, and full of knowledge about Hue’s history, temples, and royal heritage. Coco made everything easy — from navigating the sites to sharing great local tips. Her storytelling brought the Ancient Capital to life. We highly recommend Coco to anyone visiting Hue!

Generally the tour is ok. Tour guide did a good job. I am just surprised that due to flooding, we were not able to visit the Pagoda. It's no fault of the tour guide... But doesn't the company have any backups arrangements? Flood is a yearly affair for Vietnam, especially towards the end of the year. The agency can think of somewhere else to bring us. They just cut short the trip . ...
