5.00We worked with the owner directly and communication was easy via WhatsApp. He was friendly, flexible and helped us to customize the trip. The original tour did not include an evening game drive on the first day and we arranged to add that drive and it was a private game drive. We arrived on a Sunday and Econet office was not open to purchase a sim card, the owner kindly lent us one to use. The package used the Hwange Safari Lodge which was very nice. The hotel was facing a big waterhole and one day a big group of elephant stopped there for a drink. The second day we had a full day game drive which started a little late and we arrived at the national park around 9:00 and picked up a few other people coming for day trip. The last day morning game drive started much earlier which was good. Just remember, it could be very very cold in the morning even in September so dress accordingly. We saw many different animals especially elephants during the 3 days. We even had a picture of a hippo opening its mouth (waited for 20 minutes to get that)! Unfortunately, we did not have any lion (we finally got a few in Chobe).

5.00This is not your budget tent/ camping experience, but the lodge we stayed at was nice, all meals are included. The tour agency was communicative and accommodated all our needs

5.00We loved our trip there. Communication was easy and superuncomplicated, the lodge is amazing with the nicest people; great food and elephants coming to the poolto drink, Game Drives were so much more than we expected.
