We had a lot of fun, learned so much along the way, and really appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable he was. Everything was well organized, and we felt very well taken care of. We would totally recommend this experience to anyone visiting the festival.

5.00Our famiy of 3 had Vincent for the driver + guide for the day. Despite the 2 hour drive (each way) between Seoul and the ice festival. The ride was very comfortable - the mini van was new, clean and spacious. Hwacheon is in the regional area of Korea and therefore there were not as many people speaking English as in Seoul. Vincent made it all very easy for us in arranging the fishing experience and showing us around the festival. He was also of great assistance in arranging the fish to be cooked at the restaurant during lunch. The Ice Festival was a unique experience for us (from Australia) where such things don't really exist - fishing from a hole in ice, skating on a river etc. So it was a fun and comfortable day for myself, my wife and our 6 year old.

5.00We are a family of 7 people and we booked this tour through Viator. This is a great experience we had in Seoul so far. So much fun and the kids enjoyed it so much. Harry was a great guide, he showed us around Hwacheon and the Korean culture. This tour is a MUST when you travel to Seoul.
