5.00We had a wonderful experience. We were offered to upgrade the tour to a private tour, as our pick-up location was far away and we had additional travel costs anyway, that was absolutely fair. William our guide was wonderful! He is incredibly empathetic and also knows a lot about the environment and wildlife. His English is absolutely perfect. He responded to all our needs, which is sometimes not easy with small children who complain a lot. He even had binoculars with him and let the children watch the animals. The falls are a dream anyway, of course. But when you are accompanied so kindly, it is of course even more fun. Yes, the entrance to the parks is of course again quite expensive but the organizer can't help it. Thanks for the great tour.

The shuttle was on time and super comfortable, and the whole organization was flawless. Iguassu Falls is breathtaking, and adding the Macuco Safari made it even more thrilling. The staff were very attentive, making sure we felt safe and enjoyed every moment. What stood out the most was how easy and stress-free everything was.
