Leao Beach

Praia do Leão, located in Fernando de Noronha, is one of the island’s most beautiful and untouched beaches. Known for its golden sand and intensely blue-green sea, it’s also a key nesting site for sea turtles, especially between January and June. The beach gets its name from a nearby rock formation that resembles a lion lying down facing the ocean.
