Gliding across the water after sunset, you’ll see the illuminated shoreline and peer into the ocean’s nocturnal world through your glowing kayak. Our knowledgeable guides share fascinating facts about local sea life and island history, creating a relaxing, informative tour under the stars. It’s an enchanting way to explore the Caribbean, unlike any daytime excursion.

What To Expect
Experience an extraordinary evening at the Elysian Beach Resort, where you’ll discover the Caribbean Sea in a whole new light. Arrive at the Water Sports hut by 6:00pm for a brief safety orientation before launching your illuminated kayak around 6:30pm. As you glide across the glowing waters, you’ll uncover the hidden underwater world beneath you until around 7:45pm. After returning to shore, relax with refreshments back at the hut, reflecting on a magical night of paddling under the island’s starlit sky.

5.00Coda was absolutely the best, hands down. He was so patient, great instructor, and it was quite the adventure! The night had some unexpected wind, choppy waters, but his guidance in navigating the ocean was so reassuring. He's a wealth of knowledge and lucky me, I had a needlenose fish hop into our kayak towards the end of the tour causing me to loose concentration as I was trying not to sit on it, brought lots of unexpected laughter and nerves at the same time. Coda sang us a song adverb he found out we were celebrating our 25 year anniversary. Quite the experience for sure, memories to cherish forever!

5.00We are staying in a condo in Cowpet Bay West (highly recommend!) and stumbled upon the water sports for the Elysian hotel on the beach. I have travelled the world and been to USVI half a dozen times and this is one of the coolest activities I have ever done! It was so gorgeous to leave at sunset and the water was so clear! We saw so many fish and starfish and just had the best time! We had never even kayaked before and it was very easy. Thank you Coda & Chevelle for the best night!

5.00This was a great tour! The guides were all really nice, fun and knowledgeable. They seem to really have fun doing the tours. We saw a lot of sea life. Even if we hadn't seen any sea life the night kayaking is really fun and relaxing. The tour guides took a lot of great pics and videos that they shared with us. Would do this again anytime!

5.00We had a great night for illuminated kayaking out of Elysian Resort. Handy for us since we were staying there. Chevelle knew where to find tarpon, starfish and rays. We got to see a very fast Eagle Ray under our kayak! Coda took great pictures, which was tough because there were alot of people on our tour that night. Thank you both! Highly recommend this tour!
