What To Expect

During this guided experience you will meet an author’s mill where innovation and tradition coexist between contemporary art and monumental olive trees. You will tour our facilities with an expert guide, discover the process of making extra virgin olive oil in our 4.0 mill and enjoy an immersive 180o show in the ARJÉ space, a visual and sonic tribute to the origin of the EVOO. Afterwards, we will move on to the oil temple for a sensory tasting of three premium varieties, where you will learn to distinguish aromas, flavors and nuances from authentic liquid gold. We will finish in our gourmet shop with a tasting of carefully selected local products. A perfect activity to discover the soul of the Jiennense olive grove with the five senses.

The experience has been unbeatable. Maria, my wife and I joined us, and I have no words to explain how pleasant the visit was from the point of view of both the explanations about the history of the oil and those of the oil production process in the mill, not forgetting those related to the business modernity of it. Maria is wonderful, polite, attentive and transmits very well the whole process I have loved the experience with her you can not come to Baeza and not pass you here visit must I also loved how the artist José de los Ríos has integrated everything, the immersive video one pass and the building that simulates a wicker basket I love with the taste that has combined tradition and modernity
