Authentic and previously unheard explanations and anecdotes thanks to the testimony of Peter Freestone, Freddie Mercury's personal assistant for 12 years, with whom the guide has been in regular contact for over 20 years.
Interactive audio guides in 6 languages: French, English (with Peter Freestone's voice), German, Italian, Spanish and Russian, as well as exclusive photos and videos broadcast throughout the visit to better immerse yourself in the Montreux of the 1980s.
You will expand your musical background during a pleasant walk along the lakeside and the town of Montreux.
Meeting Place: at the corner of the "Petit Palais" building, next to the "Centre des Congrès" bus stop. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the Freddie Tour.

What To Expect
Montreux
The journey of about 2km through Montreux presents no difficulty and is suitable for everyone. From your departure point, we will go to the Freddie Mercury statue via the Casino Barrière. We will make various stops along the way to discover many points of interest related to Freddie Mercury and Queen.

5.00Amazing and unique authentic insight into the life of Freddie Mercury, a true legend. Only a handful of people can shred this experience. I have been a fan of Queen, Freddie Mercury for about 45 years and have ready many books etc. on their story. This trip and its location is perfect to get an insight to what Freddie was really like. Beautifully delivered in a relaxed and professional way. Visit to the Duck House is not included in the walk, but you can walk to it in about 20 minutes privately. The Queen Experience is not part of the tour; it is free and you should definitely allow time to visit, especially the studio room ! Highly Recommended !!

5.00This is a must do for any Queen fan, it is fantastic, full of interesting facts about the music scene in Montreux, our guide was amazing and very knowledgeable about all things Freddie, all flat walking and very easy, it takes you into places that the general public cannot go, I recommend the full extended tour, absolutely worth doing and all in the beautiful surroundings of the Lake, worth every penny. Awesome, thank you for a fab experience, sadly don't remember the name of our friendly tour guide.

5.00We had a holiday of a few days in Montreux because of Queen fans. Therefore also visited many things and locations of Queen and Freddie’s footsteps. Of course I walked past the statue daily and sat in the sun and sunset. Nice location.

5.00An essential visit for fans of the greatest of all time. No, it's not Fary, it's Sir. Freddie Mercury. If you want to die of hypothermia, you can always take a dip in the majestic Lake Geneva. If its glacial waters don't kill you, the price of the coffee you drink to warm up will. Beautiful exit.
