What To Expect
After you exit the plane and step into the building, there will be an agent holding up a white board with the name you provided. You walk up to the agent and he/she will take you to the front lines of immigration, baggage retrieval, then to the front line of customs. You don't have to worry about carrying or pulling luggage, our Rep takes care of everything. After customs check, you will be escorted to your waiting driver. This entire process is about 10-20 mins, one of best services provided, after a long flight you don't have to stand and wait on long lines. Best way to start off your vacation when you arrive.

2.00Greeter was nice. No lines so the priority pass wasn’t needed but you never know. Our driver went to the wrong place, he was at the hotel and not the airport. He wanted us to wait 45-50 minutes to get picked up. They found a new driver and waited about 20 minutes. Then the original driver caught up with us at the gas station and was very angry that we didn’t wait for him. He took our bags and drove us the rest of the way and lectured us the whole way for not waiting at the airport for him. He was texting and driving and drove very erratic. Not a good experience. I would use the resort approved taxis because the van was dirty and the drive was extremely unpleasant and awkward. We took sugar beach taxi back and it was a great experience.

1.00There was no queue and no need for fast track my booking was cancelled but they charged me and showed up anyway and took me through an empty passport control and empty custom control. The transfer was not included despite it stating FREE TRANSFER waste of money on this occasion!

5.00Having previously arrived at St Lucia alongside tow other flights, I thought it would be worth the extra for the expedited service. When you enter the terminal building, there is someone waiting for you and they take you to the front of the line for immigration and then get a red cap to sort your luggage. That done, they escort you to the front of the line for customs and then out to the car. Altogether it took a whole 15 minutes from entering the terminal to getting into our taxi which had a couple of bottles of cool water waiting for us. I wouldn't hesitate to use it next time we go.
