Nobody Showed Up and Paid in Advance

1.00Nobody showed up for my cycling tour and there was no response to my messages from the operator. The tour was confirmed and £44.38 was paid in advance. I waited 30 minutes. I also paid for an Uber to get here. Viator, can you please refund my tour cost of £44.38 promptly at the minimum. I expect this tour is no longer taking place as a prior review also experienced nobody showing up.

5.00I was his only customer this day, but you would have never known it, by the care he gave me. I was much slower on my bike than he was, but he didn't seem to mind. And he showed me a number of places I would never have see on my own. This was a great ride!

4.00We booked three private cycle tours with Pedro a) Interparks city tour b) Vila Velha state park c) Morretes with luxury carriage scenic train return We also booked 2 transfers between the airport and our hotel. Pedro is a really nice guy and easy to talk with so everything was arranged by email quickly. He sent details of the routes we would cycle and arranged for helmets as well as bikes for us. The Interparks cycling city tour was good to start with as it gave us an overview of the town and used the cycle paths where available. Pedro met us at our hotel (Hotel Nomaa – the best in town) with the bikes. He helped adjust our seats and soon after we were on our way. Near the end of the tour the rain lashed down so after a short wait for the worst of the rain to stop we carried on but still managed to see the all important Capybaras in the parks! We really enjoyed our tours with Pedro and highly recommend him!

5.00This is an amazing way to experience Curitiba! My guide was knowledgeable, fun, and he adapted the ride because I wanted to make an extra stop at the botanic gardens. I struggled a little bit on some places of the ride and it was longer than I could handle, but that was entirely my fault overestimating my ability and does not reflect on my guide or tour. I highly recommend this tour for anyone that truly wants to see and experience the real Curitiba. Just beautiful!
