5.00What a fantastic day we had with Jaie as our tour guide. Jaie was so full of knowledge which added context to the sights we saw. We started with the cave temples and Jai said he wanted to wow us and he certainly did. The cave temples were both beautiful and serene and we learned so much about the temples and the culture. The mirror lake was something we were a bit hesitant about seeing because it was a ride on a rubber boat but we are so glad we did it. The experience of seeing such a beautiful lake after travelling on the water through a dark tunnel was amazing. Our favourite part of the tour was Gua Tempurung a stunning cave system made even better with Jaies knowledge and explanation of the history of the cave. We had such a great day and highly recommend Jaie as a tour guide as he brings so much knowledge and personality to the experience.

5.00Rajan was my guide and he was very professional and knowledgeable but also friendly and approachable. First he arrived on time, spoke well, and you can tell he knows what he is talking about especially his explanation about the cave formations and history of Ipoh. At the same time he also established rapport well asking about my own country and culture during the drive. He was efficient while also not making me feel hurried in each location. He was also helpfully taking photos for me. Great experience!

Rajan was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and offered excellent insights into the history, culture, politics, and the spiritual traditions of the area, including Hinduism, Buddhism, and Taoism. The itinerary was fantastic—we visited Perak Cave Temple, Sam Poh Tong Temple, Tasik Cermin (Mirror Lake), and Gua Tempurung, which was absolutely amazing. Rajan even made a delicious lunch stop, ensuring we had time to refuel and enjoy some local flavors. He also went above and beyond by sharing helpful tips for the rest of our trip, and even made a special effort to track down some satay for my husband, which was such a thoughtful touch. Rajan was a very good driver We felt safe at all times the car is clean and comfortable. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience
