  We had an amazing experience at the Irish Whiskey Museum cocktail masterclass. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organised and welcoming. Chloe, our mixologist, was fantastic. Her knowledge and passion really shone through, and she made the whole session engaging and enjoyable from start to finish. She struck the perfect balance between teaching and keeping things fun. The little touches made a real difference, including a glass of whiskey on arrival, quizzes throughout, and snacks during the session. It all added to the overall experience and made it feel great value. I would highly recommend this as something to do in Dublin, even if you don’t usually like whiskey.   We visited The Whiskey Museum and took the cocktail-making class with Briein, and it was absolutely fantastic! We had a blast—mixing delicious drinks, learning fun new techniques, and laughing the entire time. It truly felt like hanging out with a great friend who also happens to be an amazing instructor. We can’t recommend this experience with Briein enough—you’ll love every minute of it!

  This was a one-of-a-kind opportunity. Andrew - our bartender & teacher - was a total joy. My wife who is not a big drinker and rarely drinks any liquor other than Bailey's or Amaretto had a great time and Andrew made it really easy. We were very fortunate to have a solo class, as there were no others signed up. As with the blending experience, different whiskeys were used, and this introduced us to additional flavor profiles. After we were done my wife and I went to the bar area for live music and Chloe the bartender was really great. I really enjoyed both tours and highly recommend them. My wife really enjoyed the cocktail class more so than the blending experience. I enjoyed both very much and highly recommend them but suggest doing them back-to-back as they offer a 6 PM blend & 7:45 PM cocktail.

  Had a great time. Andrew was our whiskey instructor, he is knowledge and a really fun instructor. It was a like spending time with a friend who knows a lot about whiskey. Grand time 👍

  Hailey was our guide through the museum and was incredible! Each room had a unique theme, and different information that Hailey presented for each era of Irish whiskey history.
