Every Wednesday and Saturday you can learn how to cook the typical dishes of the island tradition by learning the secrets of grandmothers and cooking seasonal products grown in the land of Ischia.Reading from the old family cookbooks you will learn to cook Ischian. This experience can meet different dietary requirements, to be confirmed directly with the service organizer after booking.You will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, you will taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a good glass of house wine. Instead of loading your suitcase with souvenirs, take home Italian cooking skills that will accompany you for a lifetime.

We had a fantastic time making different Italian dishes . Our host Camilla and Antonia were great . From picking the produce from their garden to gathering eggs we all had a fun time .

This was a fantastic experience with Antonio and Carmila. We picked our own vegetables from their garden and then prepared and made bruschetta, gnocchi and meatballs learning all About the history of the island. We had wine served for lunch and was a fantastic experience we all loved
