What To Expect
Xtreme Snorkeling takes you to the underwater world where you will discover a myriad of Corals and Multi-Colored fish where you will be gliding throught nthe most breathtaking coral reefs. Stoping first at the shalow reef located at famous "Lighthouse Reef", after you will visit the Under Water Musem located at the south Point of the Island, the last stop will be in the biggest reef of Isla Mujeres called "Manchones" and at the end we will serve you a fresh local Ceviche and sandwiches on board.

5.00Our snorkeling adventure at Isla Mujeres was the highlight of our trip! A huge thank you to Kevin, Ernesto, and our Captain for providing such a professional and exhilarating experience. Kevin and Ernesto were incredible guides—patient, knowledgeable, and they made sure we saw the most vibrant marine life and hidden gems under the water. The boat was well-maintained, the equipment was top-notch, and the crew’s energy was infectious.

5.00My friend and I enjoyed this beautiful snorkel tour off Isla Mujeres. The coral reefs at the first stop were absolutely gorgeous. There were tons of fish, and our guide Kevin pointed out interesting things to see. There were about 10 people on the tour with us. We were provided new snorkel tubes and flotation belts (or life jackets for those not confident swimming), but no fins. The ceviche provided at the end of the tour was great. There were also margaritas, but I didn't try so can't comment. Bottled water was also provided between stops. Somehow all the other guests knew to come with their swimsuits on. I don't know how we missed the memo, but I can't find anything in the description, and the tour company did not message us in advance with any details. So we had to pay to change clothes in a bathroom in the restaurant where the boat departed and make everybody wait. My only other feedback was the stops went rather quickly. Kevin said they didn't hand out fins because we would go to fast. Well, good, but I still felt like we went too fast. I had to swim basically the whole time to keep up. There wasn't much chance to just float and peacefully enjoy the fish. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this trip to others!

5.00This was amazing. My kids are only 9, 6 and 4. The youngest wouldn’t get off the boat but the older 2 did and said it was the best thing they’ve ever done. The guys were lovely and really looked after them. Ernesto, Manuel and one other. Such good people. The fish were plentiful and beautiful, they saw a 5 foot barracuda and a lobster! Great experience for everyone. Thank you to the guides.

4.00This trip was a good value snorkeling trip. Some of the snorkeling sites were better than others, but all in all we saw many fish and got to enjoy some drinks and snacks at the end.

3.00The guides were fine, but this is just compared to the many other snorkeling tours I’ve been on. It’s a fairly small boat and about 15 people per tour which was good. The sites were pretty good but not a lot of marine life and especially the last site where the underwater museum was wasn’t very impressive. It was good for beginners like the couple sitting by me but if you’ve done quite a bit of snorkeling then this is about a 4/10 compared to other places.

5.00I went on a tour with guide Diego P., and he truly made it an amazing experience. Everv time he spotted a special fish, he kindly pointed it out to us (thanks ta him, We even saw a turtle!). Each snorkeling spot was full of fish - so many different species, vibrant colors, and beautiful coral all together. He also checked on our energy from time to time and really tried to make it the best snorkeling experience possible. He took so many great photos for us, so even though I forgot to bring my waterproof phone case, I didn't feel sad at all. If you're coming to Cancun, I highly recommend this activity. I would definitely book it again if I get the chance!

5.00This group are incredibly professional and take you to beginner snorkeling experiences. Really loved the underwater museum sculptures, and the variety of fish, coral and other wildlife to be seen off the coast.

4.00Pretty good but not great. Friendly staff that was a bit too laid back. The 2 in the water didn't corral the group well, or point out fishes and other wildlife clearly; we missed a sea turtle apparently. Likewise, the guide leading us on walk from meeting point cafe to boat was super fast and hard to follow. The fishes were beautiful in the shallow waters and the underwater museum was cool, but the choppy waves makes us think a morning tour would've helped. The mini lunch at the end was good. Best to not have eaten before tour in case of seasickness. No bathroom on board either.
