Donna was a fantastic tour guide. She’s a Portsmouth native and it was great getting to hear a bit of some “insider” information. I love to see genuine excitement for her hometown. Please book directly with Port City Bike Tours directly. They are a local company and extremely helpful. Thank you Dawn for your help.

I really enjoyed the Explore the Island & Harbor tour. It was a great way to get my bearings and make choices on where else to go while in the area - and Dawn was excellent at covering the history. I highly recommend Port City bike tours.

We had a very nice tour for Mother’s Day with the family. The ride was relatively easy with frequent stops and our guide, Paul, was fun and informative. We live locally but had never explored some of the places we visited so it was great to be a tourist in our own town. Definitely check them out!

Had a really wonderful time on the bike tour with Paul. He was super knowledgeable, funny and friendly. We felt very safe and the bikes were in good condition. We also met the owner Dawn who is lovely. This is a great way to spend a few hours outdoors learning about the Portsmouth area.

In town for an April birthday weekend, we booked this tour to see more than the basic shopping. It was great to get out to the coast and see sights we might have missed. The 7-speed bikes were easy to ride. Our guide, Dawn, told us a lot about local history (although she claimed not to be a historian), and was good at guiding us through the city and out to the ocean. She matched our pace and the whole experience was quite enjoyable!

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and also safety minded when I was having some difficulty in managing a 7-speed bicycle, not having experience with that kind of bike. Tour guide adapted the route but still kept our interest for the full scheduled time.
