Lovely day with an excellent your guide. I'd like to go again next year and do bits I never managed to do this time round, but what I did do was what I planned to do

This tour had a good itinerary, providing a nice introduction to the Isle of Wight. The weather was not the best, but did not prevent us from having a full experience of the island. The meeting time for the tour was 10.20am, which was very early given that our ferry didn’t depart until 11.20am. Much of this time was spent waiting for the coach to arrive to take us to the ferry terminal. As a passenger travelling on my own, I was not impressed with the way the solo passengers were told to wait until other passengers had boarded, so we could be fitted into wherever there were empty seats left. The coach was not the most comfortable - when the passenger in front of me reclined their seat it squashed my knees, which was quite painful.

Excellent coach trip, with a variety of stops on the way from Portsmouth Harbour to Godshill, especially brilliant view of the Spinnaker Tower from the ferry.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but the tour was very informative and well organized. Jerry did a great job. I didn't expect to be crammed into a huge bus packed with people, and would have liked a smaller group. It amazing that the island allows the huge tour buses on the island given the narrow roads. The driver did an awesome job navigating obstacles. You see a limited amount due to the driving required, but I recommend it.

We recently took a tour of the Isle of Wight and it was a fantastic experience. We met our guide on Portsmouth Harbour then we walked to the bus in Gunwharf quays. Then the bus went into the ferry and we had almost 30 minutes journey crossing the sea to the island . On the ferry, fourth floor is dedicated to people with pets while no pets are allowed on 5th floor. There were two cafes onboard where you can have hot light snacks & drinks . I recommend sitting on the outside deck to enjoy the beautiful view with see breeze. When we arrived at the island, we took a scenic bus drive around the island. Our 1st stop was Godshill village, a charming place with picturesque cottages, souvenir shops & cafes. We visited the model village there & had a coffee in one of the local coffee shops. Needles Park was the next stop. You can go down to the beach be either walking downstairs or using the chair lift . We took the chair lift as it’s faster, more enjoyable with breathtaking views of the iconic Needles rocks and the stunning coastline. We also had the thrill of a speed boat ride, which gave us a unique perspective of the dramatic cliffs and crystal-clear waters. You can take the slow boat if you prefer but I highly recommend the speed boat, as it’s more fun & not scary at all. Our guide Andrew was very friendly & knowledgeable. He made the tour both informative and engaging. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore the Isle of Wight briefly & I wish I can visit it again & stay for few nights as it’s a beautiful place .

Incredible experience. The weather was wonderful on the day which was great! Our tour guide (Jerry) was great too - friendly & knowledgeable. It would've been helpful for me to know about all the optional extra charges before booking - e.g., to visit the model village or to get a closer look at the needles by boat, etc., just so I'd have been better prepared. Regardless, I really enjoyed the trip, thank you!

This was an Anderson Tour that left London at 7:15am, arrived back at 8:30pm, and went to the Isle of Wight. It was a long day, but worth it to see Osborne House of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. Also saw and ate lunch at Shanklin Beach. Another stop was the adorable village, Godshill village. Do see the miniature village set up. It’s actually pretty cool, especially the plantings that are kept to scale for the village. This tour includes the ferry ride over to the island where we saw 2 cruise ships pulling away on our way back. It’s a long day, bit a good one. Our driver was Brendan and he kept us amused and well informed.
