We will do 1km trekking to the waterfall and enjoy the view of the peaks. You will need good shoes and mood to do this activity.
You are welcome to Issyk lake that is located in the Tian-Shan mountains in Ile-Alatau national park. Here we can do some picnic with the lake view.
Also let’s visit the historical museum where the first golden man (kazakh warrior) was found in Almaty region.

What To Expect
Archeological Museum of Local Lore
We will visit the museum off Golden man. Here in 1970, under the leadership of kazakh scientists, a Sak burial was discovered, which later became known as the Issyk burial mounds. In one of them they found the “Golden Man” - the remains of a Sak warrior dressed in golden armor.
Turgen Waterfalls
We will do trekking to the waterfall around 2 km hiking that is at 1521 meters elevation. Bear Waterfall is easily accessible and beautiful in the Turgen Gorge, and is one of the most visited places by tourists and lovers of mountain trails. The waterfall is named “Bear” because brown bears were found in the Turgen Gorge back in the 1960s[

5.00I'd recommend his trip. It was an amazing day out with a fantastic host. There is a good variety of things to do. The walk to the waterfall is gorgeous. 5.00Really good value for money. Zangar took us to a waterfall in the hills with a good 20 min walk to the waterfall. Next we went to the lake in the mountains which also had a 20 min walk but there was the option to use a buggy to drive there. Finally we went to the museum where we learnt about the golden man. In total we probably drive for 2-3 hours
We had a great time and the planning was amazing!
