Pickup Coordination: On your transfer day, our team will be waiting for you at the Istanbul Airport arrival area holding a sign with our company's name on it. For hotel pick-ups, the driver will meet you in the lobby or at the designated pick-up point. 5.00We used IST11 for transfers to and from IST airport. They were very communicative during the booking process, providing helpful information for picking us up at IST Airport. The drivers were punctual and friendly. I asked for an earlier return time to airport at the last moment, and they promptly arranged it, sending me the vehicle & driver information within 10 minutes. We'll be return to Istanbul next year and will use IST11 again. Highly recommended.
